SO flange is same with plate flange used for the steel pipes, pipe fittings and so on into the flange with fillet weld equipment or pipeline flange connection
Sealing surface form with SO flange are:Raised face (RF), concave (FM), convex (M), tenon surface (T), the groove surface (G), the whole plane (FF).
Diameter range with a neck flat welding flange: DN10 ~ DN600
Scope: PN series PN2.5 ~ PN40; Class series Class150 ~ Class1500
Advantages: SO flange also belongs to flat welded flange, because the short-necked, increasing the strength of the flange and improve the bearing of flange. So it can be used on the higher pressure pipelines.
